So in the "Konotop Witch" - the people followed not the young and noble Cossack Demian, but the son of the previous centurion Mykyta Zabrioha. And when administrative matters are decided, the new centurion shows his absolute incompetence. Every time we step on the same rake because the next centurion will be no better...
